Question 1

Is it really free to send a digital greeting card?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sending a card on Cherish & Gift is completely free, and during our launch every premium touch is free too: 3D cards, animation with music, video notes, and scheduled delivery.

Question 2

Do I need an account or email to send a card?

Accepted Answer

No account and no signup. You can write, personalize, and send a card without entering your email — adding one is optional, only if you'd like delivery updates.

Question 3

Can I add a voice or video message to my card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can record a voice note that plays when the card opens, or a short video of yourself that appears in a golden heart, circle, or star cutout on the back of the card.

Question 4

How do I send a video greeting card?

Accepted Answer

Pick any card, tap 'Record a video note', and film a short message right on the page — your phone screen doubles as a ring light in dim rooms. When your loved one flips the card over, your video plays inside a golden heart, circle, or star. Send it by email or WhatsApp in one tap.

Question 5

Can I schedule a card to be delivered later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pick any date and time and your card is delivered right on schedule, by email or with a one-tap WhatsApp reminder so it still comes from your own number.

Question 6

How is this different from other ecard sites?

Accepted Answer

Every card opens like the real thing: a wax-sealed envelope, a card that slides out and opens to your handwritten-style message, animation and music, and a free family calendar that reminds you before every birthday and anniversary.
